Location was excellent, hotel design is lovely. Rooms need a major upgrade, tv is outdated and restricted, worldcup channels we're in English and the rest barely worked. Room had empty spaces and flawed accessory design. Shower was not maintained, water had supply shortage, no Arabic shower in the toilets. Coffee machine accessories were not replenished every day, no mini bar at all. Lighting in the room was non existent. Restaurants were good but way overpriced, 35 usd for a pasta? Breakfast was very stale, very surprising for a hotel of this standard. Security was good but need training on in house guests. Rooftop pool was cold and advertised as heated, open to public so in house guests get no privacy at all. Overall quite disappointing as it looked very promising on paper and social media.

Just to let you know why I give you the above rate: 1. See-through bathroom - the blinder doesn’t work so for someone who is not comfortable with sea through wash room , it’s irritating 2.Handheld bidet sprayer - is short to be functional. It is there but can’t be used. 3. There are two elevators to opposite site of the hotel but you named one as a staff only elevator. So a person who booked on left wing suffers.
